Bristol schools ready for national defense evening courses
Superintendent Elmer S. Mapes announced to the school committee that Bristol will offer July and August evening courses for workers in machine shop blue print reading carpentry and welding with federal funding for salaries and materials. Courses would run 7 to 9 p m at Andrews school two nights a week.
