Six More Beer Licenses Granted By Town Council
The Town Council granted six additional beer licenses Tuesday, including four Class C saloon permits bringing the quota of 11 Class C licenses to full. An oil painting of Luis de Campes, famed 15th century poet laureate, presented to the Santo Christo Club by Antonio Quintella, was found mutilated last week at the club on Franklin street. The frame remained intact while the portrait was cut with a razor.
