Col John F Datson of the 243rd Coast Artillery will deliver the dedication address for a servicemen's plaque at the Bristol Manufacturing Company plant tomorrow at 12 30 PM. A downtown employment office at 473 Hope Street was opened as Rotary Club partners with the Army Signal Corps to recruit 500 extra workers for U S Rubber.
