Warren Water Franchise Talks Extend 25 Years
Warren water committee weighs Bristol and Warren Water Works request for a 25 year extension. The plan mirrors Bristol's deal, but Warren risks 25 years of existing service unless a new contract is made. The committee seeks privileges in a proposed central system not likely granted, as the company already owns the Warren plant and aims to align both towns on a common franchise basis.

Jake Brown was fined ten dollars and costs in District Court yesterday before Judge O L Bosworth for assault and battery on Dora Felson wife of Jake Felson.
