Many Guests Will Ride In Marshal's Division
National state and local officials along with military and naval officers from foreign lands will be prominent in tomorrow's parade as they ride in marshal's division cars. The first car carries Frank J. Miserandino and William P. Sousa, with three honorary marshals named by Chief Marshal Lt Cmdr Joseph G A Riccio. Car 2 includes Governor Dennis J Roberts and Maj Gen John McGreevy. Car 3 features Lt Gen Armand H Cote, John A Notte, Raymond Hawksley.

A full day of Fourth of July events begins at 12 noon with Navy ships at the harbor. Activities include band concerts, a Miss Fourth of July contest, parades, races, a greased pole climb, a ball, a fireworks display, and more across Reynolds School grounds, the Common, and New Haven routes, with various official receptions and exhibitions.

Parade to feature sixteen divisions in Bristol march
The parade set for 11 o clock tomorrow morning will be one of the largest Bristol has seen. Chief Marshal Joseph G A Riccio will lead 16 divisions including the Marshals Division. More than twenty bands and drum and bugle corps will provide music and several groups will appear in July events for the first time in years.
