Air Cadets Charter Interest Reported in Bristol Town

An application for a charter of a local chapter of the American Air Cadets was announced by organizer William A. Cote. Signers include Arthur M. McCaw Lions Club, George H. Baldwin Lions Club, Bertram W. Wall Board of Recreation, E. S. Mapes Superintendent George BER plays, Dr. Charles F. Cal lery, and Joseph C. Kinder. The program teaches airplane construction and flight basics with model-building contests and a 50 cent initial membership.

St Michael's Boys Club Reorganized Under Rev Toadvin

The St Michael's Boys Club reorganized by Rev George H Toadvin aims to promote Honor Friendship Sportsmanship and Religion. Girls Club Enjoys Annual Outing at Revere Beach

Thirty five members of the Collins and Aikman Girls Club journeyed to Revere Beach on Sunday for their annual outing. They left by special bus at 8 30 a m from the Thames street club rooms and spent the day in the water or on the sands. They returned by 11 p m. Laura Sai chaired the planning committee with Mae Kershaw Mary Santo Annie Arone Emma Goulet and Tina Alesio assisting.

Auto Collision injures three. cars crash at High and State

Roger Orefice of 631 Wood Street and Joseph T. Mones of Usher Street collided Saturday at the High and State streets intersection. Orefice suffered a right side injury. Passenger John Salvaggio of 5 Roma Street had a broken rib and cuts to hand and elbow. Angelo Giordano of 36 Mt Hope Avenue was cut on the left hand and over the left eye. Mones was uninjured. both cars were badly damaged.
