Safety In Ice Skating Discussed At Rotary
Arthur Leland Warren recreation director told Rotary Club on Wednesday that ice in the area is hazardous and must be measured daily. He explained ice thickness guidelines for skating and urged community wide recreation programs for children and families. The meeting included a motion picture Play Town by Oscar I Bergstrom and a memorial for Paul Harris founder of Rotary International.
