Fall River history notes old border and 1862 change

The pamphlet recalls Fall River as a border city straddling Massachusetts and Rhode Island until 1862 when the boundary moved south, uniting the city as one municipality. It notes the 1837 Phoenix edition, editor Bayley, local ads, and varied notices including an unusual runaway ad describing Cyrus Oliver.
