Alfred DeCosta a 16 year old Bristol boy who confessed to burglary looting garages and a manufacturing plant was admitted to $10 000 bail by Judge Jeremiah E O Connell in Superior Court after habeas corpus proceedings. He faced four counts breaking and entering and one burglary from a district court hearing.
