Viscione Sentenced to Three Years for Arson
Joseph Viscione age 52 of 28 First School Street began a three year term in the State Prison after a jury found him guilty of a statutory arson charge. Police traced the fires to his home and a gasoline purchase on the day of the blaze. He denied the charges as investigators used a lie detector. The house is owned by the Brogan estate.
