Bristol officials plan to seek legislative permission to clear a title cloud on town land as Collins and Aikman Corp moves to extend its Bristol factory south of the current site near Constitution Street. The company fears a possible public right to widen Constitution Street to 82 1/2 feet and will begin work once the title issue is resolved.
