Omer Ouellette 34 of 18 Dyer street Warren is arraigned Sunday on a embezzlement charge. Bail set at 10000. unable to post, he is committed to Bristol County Jail for appearance next Monday in Fifth District Court. He was arrested Christmas morning in Memphis Tennessee and admitted identity. Police retrieved him with two officers returning to town Sunday. Ouellette, married with two children, worked as a bookkeeper for H H Lawson Co Bristol until he vanished November 19 while allegedly en route to Springfield Mass to audit for Chevrolet Motor Car Co. He allegedly misused more than 5000 in funds.

Auto Collision injures none. court date set for Desmaris
A car driven by Archie Desmaris of 10 Baker Street struck a curb and mounted the sidewalk on a Sunday morning near High Street and Bradford Street. The two front wheels were damaged beyond repair.
