School Committee Seeks 80000 for New School House
The School Committee voted to ask the Town Council to recommend an $80,000 appropriation for a new brick school building to be considered at the March financial town meeting. Drawings by Clark Howe show a 11 room brick structure with a 500 seat hall and superintendent’s office.

At Artillery Armory last evening the Republican caucus nominated Paull and Usher for town offices with Paull and Usher winning the main ticket 162 to 64 against Lindemuth and Lanphear. Italian voters supported the Paull Usher slate. Other nominations included McGovern for fifth councilman and Thurston for town treasurer.
