Insurance Men Hear Talk by James Toppin
Rhode Island Mobile Gas Association official James Toppin told the Bristol County Association of Insurance Agents at their recent dinner installation meeting that agents should promote auto liability insurance as part of a complete package. He warned that a perfect driving record can be ruined in moments and that liability coverage does not protect in immediate police action.
