Ed Travers Jaycee DSA Recipient Featured for Community Service
Edward P Travers is named Outstanding Young Man of Rhode Island finalist from Bristol in a Junior Chamber of Commerce ceremony at The Castles. Judges included Sen Joseph F Bruno and Bristol Rotary's Anthony Pinheiro. Travers leads the Childrens Welfare Fund drive and chairs Citizen's Scholarship Foundation Bristol, plus heads the Bristol Education Association. The event moves to Bristol on Feb 28 with 12 locals aiming for the state award.
