Ice Boating On Upper Harbor Hints At New Engine Propulsion
Several ice boats were seen on the upper harbor with five inches of ice. Participants included Stephen T. Church John W. Accident at N L R Co Factory Saw Severes Italian Worker
An 86 year old Italian man of 245 Thames Street lost part of his left hand in a circular saw at the N L R Co factory carpentry shops. He was taken to the factory hospital, then by rail to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence. Amputation of two fingers may be required.

Trolley Wire Break Near Bristol Bound Train
A trolley wire broke opposite Howard L. Clark’s residence on the New Haven line as a Bristol bound car neared this town. Conductor Day's train left Fox Point at 8:05 and arrived about two hours late after the wire crew repaired the fault. No injuries occurred though passengers were frightened by live wire. Some travelers crossed fields to reach the main road and boarded a Suburban car.

Suit Against the Town for Damages in Providence Case
Sheriff served a writ on Town Treasurer George H. Peck in a suit by James Taylor of Host Providence, formerly of this town, for damages of 1000 dollars. This is the second writ in the case. Returnable before the Superior Court in Providence on February 27, 1907. Attorney for plaintiff is Thomas H. Crawley. Taylor alleges injuries from a defective sidewalk about two years ago.
