He alleges misdiagnoses, calls for stricter quarantine and better school oversight, and questions authorities and a local school committee leader's conduct.

Seventeen members were absent as a storm hit the State House noon ballot for U S Senator. The tally showed Colt with eighty eight, Utter and Goddard among those named and Wetmore listed. forty seven were needed for a choice.
A special School Committee meeting with eighteen members present unanimously adopted amendments to the sanitary code restricting school attendance for those with contagious diseases. The medical inspectors were empowered to issue admission certificates, for pupils entering public schools, with certificates from designated doctors. The committee also signed Miss Millie D. Church to teach in the public schools through July.
The new training school teachers who began their labors in the schools yesterday morning are listed for Oliver and Valley schools. Oliver school assigns Miss Elizabeth R. McCotter to Grade five and Miss Isabel McCabe of Woonsocket to Grade one, with Miss Annie L. Hughes of this town. Valley school lists Miss Spooner as principal with Grade five taught by Miss Rose Brady of Blackstone and Grade one by Miss Annie O'Donnell of Woonsocket. The training school system started in September 1905 and has proven satisfactory.
Thursday evening the Y M C A of Bristol faces a strong Middleboro Y M C A squad. Earlier, Middleboro defeated Fall River by 10 while Bristol beat them by 9, suggesting similar strength. A novelty push ball game follows the halves. Bristol’s team, missing Simister and Wardwell, went to Newport and lost to the Tigers 88 to 11, lineup Balfour Herrmann Van Almkerk McCaughey Smith.
