In 1919 the 21 Club gifted Chilrens Home a 16 inch 1950 model television set. John Andrade led the committee. In 1944 Christmas seals funds reached 1300 with a 1700 goal to aid chest X-rays for the indigent. Mrs N G Herreshoff urged prompt remittances. In 1931 Crawford Easterbrook, 86, vanished from 16 Diman Place. 35 Boy Scouts searched the town for him in vain.
