Christmas Mercy Delivers Larceny Case Leniency in District Court

In East Providence the Fifth District Court reduced a grand jury charge for two men William Walsh and Raymond Medbury from breaking and entering and larceny to simple larceny and sentenced them to three months in Providence County Jail. Walsh and Medbury had been arrested after hens were stolen from a Farm on County Road, Barrington, where Walsh had formerly worked.
