Joe Felson was arraigned in the Fifth District Court charged with receiving stolen goods. Bail set at 100 dollars. case continued two weeks. Chief Dwyer warns junk dealers to vet sources as truants are required to attend school or face strict measures. Several truants appeared before Miss Annie Selley, the Truant Officer, and were ordered to school and to obey the law.

Worst Storm In Years Clamps New England In Heavy Snow
