Last night Bristol Train of Artillery and Battery C 243d CA united for a banquet and trophy ceremony at the Train armory on State street. The Town Council silver loving cup was awarded to the team winning seven rifle matches, with remarks stressing unity and civic service.

A Bristol Community Band committee reported a successful two night fair at Academy Hall Wood Street Nov 10 and 17. Receipts totaled 463.05 with 70.50 from subscriptions 100.45 from combination tickets 240.75 from two mights receipts and 51.35 from other sources. Expenditures 73.40 leaving 389.65 balance. Donors listed include Loggia Principessa Fiona E D Kunz J F Duffy and others. Proceeds fund instruments and related costs for band members taught by Ferdinand Fasiello.
