A Bristol Court House session on Monday December 15 offers aliens a chance to apply for final citizenship papers. Applicants must meet residency and writing requirements, bring two US citizen witnesses, and note that later filings follow different rules for those arriving after June 29 1906. Fire destroys garages and 35 to 40 autos on Thames Street
A night blaze at Jim's Garage on Thames Street caused heavy interior damage and destroyed or damaged 35 to 40 automobiles. Discovered by a Namquit Mill watchman, it required six hose streams and over an hour to control. One Nash touring car belonging to Mr Furs was ruined. many owners reportedly insured or not. The cement building is owned by James T Connors and wife with unknown insurance status.

School Committee Opposes Guiteras Site Move
