Obituary for Frank Sidney Monro of Ogdensburg
Frank Sidney Monro died in Ogdensburg New York on Saturday December 5 after a short illness from heart trouble. He was born in this town and was the son of the late Bennett and Lucy Munro. In 1856 he married Mary A Bennett and moved to Ogdensburg where he lived. He leaves a widow one son James Moore of Oswego a brother in Ogdensburg many relatives in this town and a sister in Norfolk Virginia.

Mrs Mary V Hackett Dies After Two Months Illness
Mrs Mary V Hackett wife of John J Hackett an employee at the Soldiers Home died at her Metacom avenue residence after a two month illness. She was 33. The body will be taken to Providence tomorrow and services for the repose of her soul will be held at St Joseph's church at 9 30 o'clock with interment in Providence.

Death of Myndret L. Ingraham at Newport
Intelligence confirms the death of Myndret L. Ingraham formerly of this town after an appendicitis operation in Newport. A Bristol native and son of the late Samuel and Sally Ingraham, he was 69, a widower with two Bristol brothers, John S. and Hezekiah S. Ingraham. Funeral Sunday at 1 pm from Miss Amelia Tanner’s residence, burial in Newport. He was a carpenter and a quiet, honest citizen.

Membership receipts last month were twenty. Several young men seek Xmas tickets. First and second basketball teams held a hard practice Tuesday. The second team scored on the first team several times but passing by the latter was commendable. Two twenty minute halves. Full lineups listed for first and second teams. Season hoped to open next Thursday with a home game.
