Webb Council No. 3 R and S M members to honor town clerk John W. Church with a testimonial banquet at Warren Methodist Church tomorrow at 6 30 p m. Church has been treasurer since 1914 and served as Illustrious Master that year. Mayor Albert P. Ruerat will be principal speaker.

Additional containers placed at Carr Manufacturing Bristol Manufacturing U S Rubber and Collins and Aikman Corp with pickups planned December 4 5. Residents urged to prepare bundles for the needy overseas.

The Swish Kids train will run next Tuesday December 7 carrying over 1000 students and fans from Kingston to Boston for the Rhode Island State College and Holy Cross game at the Boston Garden. The 12 coach train departs Kingston 5 PM stops Providence 5 45 PM and arrives Boston 6 40 PM. Return from South Station at 12 05 AM arrives Providence and Kingston 1 35 AM. The trip marks the largest away attendance and features a reduced tariff under a new program.

Pairings feature sodacrackers led by Anthony Barboza against firecrackers captained by Robert Caizzi and nutcrackers under Louis Nastri meeting milkcrackers led by Sal Annarummo.
