Good Management Keeps Bristol County Water Stable
Bristol County has escaped a water emergency thanks to prudent management and voluntary conservation measures. While New York City and other New England regions face drought, Bristol County benefited from early action by the water company and cooperation with town officials. A county committee and the company worked in harmony, preventing a crisis and avoiding public ownership as an outcome.
