Dr John Lake Arrested on Criminal Operation Charge
Dr. John Lake was arrested Friday night at his office on a warrant for performing a criminal operation on Mary E. Meiggs. He pleaded not guilty and was arraigned in the fifth District Court, with bonds of 5000 posted by his mother, and the case continued for two weeks. Judge O L Bosworth presided. Attorney James F Lavander was retained.
