At a Bristol joint meeting the Junior Women’s Club and Jay Cees unanimously voted to use proceeds from the upcoming Follies to equip an auxiliary ambulance for Bristol. The 1950 Cadillac, reconditioned and white, is to be ready as a stand by vehicle for large accidents and hospitalizations, currently parked behind the Town Hall awaiting proper equipment.
