Julep owned by G M Congdon and sailed by Walls E Hlowe won the 34 mile triangular Gutteras skiff race at Bristol Yacht Club, earning a silver cup. The series runs five Saturdays, with a second cup promised by Commodore Low and Mrs Congdon for the combined two series.
