Volunteers Needed for Consumers Rationing Registration Hours

A call for more volunteers to assist at the Consumers Rationing registration event on May 4, 5, 6, and 7 was announced by FE S Mapes. Fire Chief Urges Public to See These Seven Films

Fire Chief Moses Moore urged Bristol residents to attend seven motion picture films at Colt Memorial auditorium on Sunday afternoon and evening. The first step in sugar rationing begins next Tuesday and Wednesday with registration for all sugar users except family units. Retailers wholesalers hotels restaurants bakeries drug stores bottling works and institutions must register at Colt Memorial auditorium under Acting Principal John L Burke with a two day window from 2 to 9 pm.
