Outstanding Educator Sought by Bristol Jaycees
The Bristol Jaycees seek nominations for Bristol Outstanding Young Educator ages 21 to 35. Submit names to PO Box 382 Bristol RI by April 7 1971. Nominations come from any resident. A panel will judge and winner advances to Rhode Island competition. The Bristol Historical Society opens Wednesdays 2:30 to 5 pm on Court Street. Also noted is Marine Capt. Joseph G Morra of Bristol receiving the Bronze Star Medal with Combat V for service in Vietnam 1969 70 while attached to the Fifth Marine Regiment.
