Roads dispute at council over maintenance and a six year old agreement
At a town council meeting developers and residents clashed over who should repair Heritage and Burke Roads. Edward G. Medeiros argued for town responsibility tied to a supposed 1965 agreement, while Planning Board Secretary Manuel Prenda cited a 50 50 split and questioned the board’s past decisions.
