Charles Nickolls aged 57 died Tuesday at his sister Nellie Nickolls home. Funeral services were held Friday in Princeville with burial at Jubilee Cemetery. Born September 27 1865 in Newton Tracy England he came to the United States at age four. He married Grace Chamberlain at Robin's neat farm in Jubilee. she preceded him in death. Survived by sister Nellie and several nieces and nephews.

George Pursell aged 50 died November 16 in an East St. Louis hospital after a several months illness. He was the son of Harry E. Keim will return to the United States to complete his army career.
