Griggs Cox Nuptials Surprise Brimfield Couple Wed
News of a wedding between Miss Wayie Griggs of Brimfield and Mr Leonard W Cox of Decatur Illinois. The ceremony was at Union Congregational Church Peoria on Saturday June 7 conducted by Rev Robert Clarke. The bride, niece of Mr and Mrs Leonard Porter Brimfield, is a Brimfield High School alumna class of 1920 and longtime Brimfield teacher. The groom, oldest son of Mr and Mrs Fred Cox Decatur, is a carpenter. They plan home in Decatur after July 1.
