Soil erosion field day planned by Bridgetown group
At a Bridgetown Agricultural Society meeting the committee voted to hold a soil erosion field day on Mr. G Hester’s property in the second week of February. Mr C P Scott noted erosion from running water was progressing slowly but steadily, urging farmers to confront the issue. G Burwell indicated willingness to attend. The society approved a full day for the event and thanked Scott for his input.
