At one this morning an automobile with four passengers plunged through open gates of Yellow Mill Bridge into the river. Millard Tirbiter dived in rescuing two, aided by Thomas Twoney and Lewis Condella in a rowboat. Two others swam to safety. two were taken to Bridgeport Hospital.
