Orphans Enjoy Seaside Outing From Bridgeport Asylum
Twenty six children from the Bridgeport Orphan asylum spent Thursday at Seaside Park under supervision of tour matron and staff. They swam in the water and shared a basket luncheon, some preferring the swings while others played in garres. The group met at the institution at one and returned about five thirty, transported by two Bridgeport Bus Corporation buses.

Alleged law breakers obtain an injunction
New Waven September 2. An injunction was issued by Sudee Kellome of Waterbury to show cause why it should not stop the prosecution of concessionaires at Savin Rock. Pickett of the common pleas court was named to preside. The case centers on delaying actions against the concessionaires pending December 14. Mr. Wokett stated in an interview that this was the first time he knew of people accused of breaking the law seeking to halt a prosecutor from performing his duty.
