Well-Bred Huckleberry Birds Raise Gourmet Chickens
The Drouets grew from war era backyard flocks to a major Connecticut poultry business. They raise Cornish broilers and roasters at Huckleberry Hill, delivering 100000 chickens yearly to top restaurants with fixed pricing, and now market Petite Poussin squabs to gourmets, plus offer prepared birds and gifts from their Fairfield farms and Cosmopolitan clients.
