Mrs. Gertrude A. Marshall, 38, of Stratford Avenue, Stratford, driving eastbound on Main Street, collides head-on with a trolley car at Judson. She dies at Bridport Hospital from a broken neck after the 6:20 p.m. crash. The auto was badly damaged but her face shows no injuries, witnesses say the car had the right of way.

Boy Dies as Clothes Line Pole Collapses in Yard

Mrs Margaret Doradas of 49 Spruce Street was involved in the yard activity at the time.
