Bogus theatrical scout arrested on complaint of girls
Dayman of 545 State Street was arraigned in City court after several girls aged 14 to 18 accused him of posing as an advance agent for a theatrical company and promising roles. He allegedly claimed secret service status and threatened arrest if they spoke. The case was continued until Friday.
