Stamford November 13 Special a man believed to be Joseph Manning of New Rochelle was struck by an auto driven by Bernard Choquette of Greenwich while walking along the Boston Post road opposite the Wee Burn country club. Manning died almost instantly. Choquette was held without bonds on a technical manslaughter charge with the trial to be deferred until the coroner's inquest.
