NEW YORK May 14 Little Billy Winters died from a fractured skull after a violent impact with a hard surface. Autopsy by Dr Otto A Schultze for the district attorney’s office found no congenital heart disease. The infant died February 2 in Mrs Helen Giesen Volk’s infantarium, now in Jefferson Market jail awaiting trial on charges of baby substitution and housing more infants than allowed. Trial date set for May 7.
