Councilman Seeks Control Over Burning Junked Cars
Councilman Julius Tucciarone of the First district proposes an ordinance to ban burning junked autos within town limits, allowing only special furnaces to curb smoke and odor. Regulations would require junking to occur in buildings, not open lots, citing effectiveness elsewhere and gaps in current zoning. Property transfers and realty deeds to DiDomienico, Marranzine, Ponganns, and Kuntz are listed with parcel details and small structures.
