2500 School Children to March on May 30th
Appropriation of 1795 for a Memorial day parade was made by the standing committees of the common council. Last year about 3100 children took part. this year about 2500 are expected with the high school leading the division. Costs will exceed last year but the committee aims to stay within the appropriation.
