Hartford March 20 William S Wise director of the State Water Resources commission told the Finance committee that additional bond funds are needed to advance small flood control projects including the Rooster River plan. He cited costs of 2 million for Rooster river, 5.86 million for Danbury, 3 million for Greenwich and a total state municipal burden of about 50 million over 16 years.
