Peacock Guests At Beardsley Park Picnic
Natalie Daar recalls a day at Beardsley Park where two peacocks approached their beach picnic. The birds accepted peanuts then moved on, leaving the family amused yet constrained by park rules. The entry blends casual family chatter with neighborhood scenes including ice cream runs, parrots, and plans for a summer at Eight Acres in Stratfield.
