The Rota Tribunal in Rome rejected Mme De Foras Campbell's nullification plea against Charles Campbell, former secretary of the U S legation in Berne. She argued he failed to live up to a pre nuptial Catholic conversion, but evidence showed Campbell's baptism satisfied the agreement and the marriage remained valid.
