Defendant Bites Cop In Circuit Court Here
In Circuit Court Judge Milton Herman ordered a psychiatric exam for defendant Daniel Acosta after a disturbance with Patrolman Kadurna. The defendant allegedly bit Patrolman Kadurna on both arms during a scuffle that saw the officer injured and treated at Park City hospital before release. Deputy Sheriff D’Amala and others arrested Acosta on charges of breach of the peace by assault and resisting arrest. exam set until June 14.
