City Ash Men To Get Pay Raise Increases For Garbagemen
Fifty-seven employes of the ash and garbagemen divisions of the Public Works department will receive a salary boost under an plan approved by the tax board. The raise adds five cents per hour, about 104.40 more per man for the rest of the fiscal year ending March 31, with garbagemen’s total reaching 250,560 and ash men’s total 3,445.20 over the period.
