Yellowstone Park Visit Planned by Coolidge Party
Rapid City July 14 Associated Press A trip through Yellowstone National Park is under consideration at the summer White House. If President Coolidge goes into northwestern Wyoming it would be his only journey outside the Black Hills. He is studying park literature and information from Wyoming citizens including Senator Kendrick and Governor Emerson who were luncheon guests. Park officials say the Yellowstone area would belong to the presidential party during visits. Yellowstone partisans note similar good fishing and saddle horses as in the Black Hills. Tomorrow, Coolidge will host many callers at Rapid City and the state game lodge with luncheon and dinner guests. Secretary Hoover is expected within a week or ten days and Work may join en route to Wyoming. Returning to the lodge, Coolidge hosted Shriners at luncheon with Clarence M Dunbar Providence R I imperial potentate. Arthur Jobs Deadwood S D. A D Rahn Minneapolis. Walter S Sugden Wheeling W Va. The National Women’s Party delegation, arriving late, seeks canal rights for women and will seek Coolidge’s support after a planned conference tomorrow.
