Stratford Attorney Denies Dahl Comment on Throughway Route
Stratford town attorney Hugh A. Hoyt denied giving a verbal or written opinion to Councilman Nath an H. Dahl asserting the Council holds planning authority over the throughway route. Dahl insisted the written opinion would confirm his understanding that the Council rather than the Planning Board decides routing, while Hoyt noted his study was incomplete and he cannot yet decide responsibility for planning matters.
